Virtual Assistant - Required

Looking for a virtual assistant to be available few hours a day for task and can complete the assigned work on a timely manner without any excuses. Should have good communication skills and be fluent in MS Office and can do web search. Little technical knowledge of CI, php and website testing would be highly desirable.
