Our mission is to bring the beauty and power of crystals to those who appreciate them, offering not just products but experiences.
Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team. Your tasks will include:
* Scheduling social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) using SmarterQueue
* Responding to comments on social media
* Sending welcome messages to new followers on social media
* Uploading items to our website using Wix
* Numerizing our stones with the InShot app
* Creating flyers with Canva
* Creating weekly newsletters with Omnisend
* Being open to new tasks as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
* Familiarity with current technologies, such as AI
* Proficiency in word-processing software and Google Sheets (e.g., MS Office)
* Experience with or willingness to learn the following software:
* Wix
* InShot app
* Omnisend
* SmarterQueue
* Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
* Canva
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Effective communication skills
* Creativity
* Social media management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
* Proficiency in English; proficiency in an additional language such as Italian, French, Spanish, Romanian, Portuguese, or Dutch is a plus
Work Hours and Compensation:
Freelancer opportunity with 1 hour per day, 5 days a week. (It will grow in the future)
Salary starts at 10€/hour, with potential adjustments based on skills and experience. Let's discuss further!
