Virtual Assistant Needed for Pre-Launch Website QA, AI Chatbot Knowledge Base & Content Review (Strong ChatGPT Skills Required)
Budget: $50 – $125 USD
I’m preparing to launch a new event RSVP website and am looking for a high-quality virtual assistant to assist with several critical pre-launch tasks. This role requires someone who is extremely detail-oriented, reliable, and highly skilled with AI—especially ChatGPT.
This is not a basic VA role. You will be reviewing a live website, testing functionality, documenting issues clearly, and helping create structured AI knowledge content that will power an on-site chatbot.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Full Website Review & QA
• Review the entire website for:
• Functional issues
• Typos, grammar errors, and unclear text
• UI/UX inconsistencies
• Log all findings in a single Google Document
• Each issue must include:
• Clear written explanation
• Screenshot(s)
• Page or feature reference
2. Forms & Interactive Game Testing
• Thoroughly test all forms and interactive games
• Identify:
• Bugs
• Broken flows
• Confusing user experiences
• Log all issues in the same Google Document with screenshots
3. AI Knowledge Base Documentation
• Create a clear, detailed, structured explanation of the website and all functionality
• This document will be used as training knowledge for an AI model
• Must be written in a way that allows an AI to:
• Understand how the site works
• Answer user questions accurately
4. AI Chatbot – 100 Question & Answer Set
• I will provide a list of 100 questions
• You will:
• Write detailed, accurate answers
• Use ChatGPT to refine, rewrite, and optimize clarity
• Ensure consistency in tone and terminology
• Deliver everything in one Google Document
• This will serve as the primary knowledge base for my AI chatbot
5. FAQ Content Rewrite
• Rewrite 50 existing FAQ questions and answers
• Improve:
• Clarity
• Professional tone
• User-friendliness
• Ensure answers align with how the website actually functions

• I frequently provide instructions via recorded videos
• Advanced AI experience
• You must be very strong with ChatGPT
• Ability to rewrite, structure, and improve content is critical
• Highly detail-oriented
• You notice small issues others miss
• Reliable & communicative
• Daily progress updates are required
• Comfortable with documentation
• Google Docs
• Screenshots
• Organized issue tracking
