Virtual Assistant Needed for Fashion Startup
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
I'm seeking a Virtual Assistant for my fashion affiliate and ecommerce startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Address customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Research: Primarily focused on researching websites to build out databases of products. Then working with AI tools to analyse these products. Full training provided.
- Database Building: Organizing and maintaining our customer and product databases.
- Color Analysis: Assisting in color trends analysis for our product line and also for our customers.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent research skills
- We may also expand into physical products, so a background in sourcing is a plus
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in database management.
- Social media experience (paid and organic) a bonus
- An eye for color - artists and graphic designers also encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in ecommerce or working with a fashion startup would be a plus.
Please note, while customer support is a key responsibility, the highest priority will be on conducting comprehensive and effective research.
