Virtual Assistant Needed for Educational Advocacy Project

We’re looking for a highly skilled, reliable, and adaptable Virtual Assistant to support an education and advocacy project that’s evolving fast. If you’re confident with AI tools, a whiz with content organization, sharp at research, and solid with design templates — read on.
This is NOT your average VA gig. You’ll wear multiple hats, juggle fast-paced tasks, and help transform a classroom-based course into an online learning experience, while supporting advocacy efforts around electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS).
Key Responsibilities
You’ll help us execute tasks like:
Convert in-person training content into a web-based course
Research topics like EHS and compile useful, summarized findings
Create:
Debrief Feedback Forms (for teachers after 5 modules)
Feedback Submission Processes (clear guidance for internal flow)
Canva/PSD Templates (social media graphics for local teams)
Debrief Meeting Request Emails
Advocacy Letter Templates (city councils, zoning boards, school boards)
Policy & Ordinance Research Sheets (successful EMF zoning examples)
You Must Be Confident Using:
AI/Research Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok
Voice & Content Platforms: ElevenLabs, Substack
Design Tools: Canva (expert), PSD (bonus)
Admin & Project Tools: Google Suite, Slack, task trackers (ClickUp/Notion/Trello a plus)
