Virtual Assistant Needed for Detailed App Planning – Food Truck Finder/Ordering App

I am looking to hire a highly detailed and reliable virtual assistant to help review the high-fidelity wireframes for a new app I am building for home-based bakers. This app is being created to help home bakers better manage and grow their businesses, so it is very important that the person I hire understands the real-world needs of home bakers and can also evaluate app features with a thoughtful and practical eye.

This project is not for someone who will just skim through the screens and give general feedback. I am specifically looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented and able to carefully review every part of the wireframes, identify gaps, suggest missing features, and compare the app against competitor platforms.

You must have experience with home-based baking, custom baking, or running a baking-related business from home. You should also be comfortable reviewing websites and apps from a user experience and functionality perspective.

I will provide approximately 90 high-fidelity wireframes for review, along with a list of competitor websites and platforms. For any competitor platforms that offer a free trial or free sign-up without requiring a credit card, I will need you to create an account, test the available features, and compare them against what is currently included in my app wireframes. The goal is to make sure I am not overlooking anything important that home-based bakers may need.

What I Need You to Do:

• Carefully review all ~90 high-fidelity wireframes for consistency, usability, and completeness
• Identify missing features, inconsistencies, confusing workflows, or areas that could be improved
• Look for opportunities to add useful functionality that would benefit home-based bakers
• Review the competitor websites and apps that I provide
• Sign up for competitor free trials (only if no credit card is required) and test their available features
• Compare competitor features against my wireframes and identify anything important that may be missing
• Provide thoughtful suggestions and recommendations based on both baking experience and usability
• Capture screenshots of the specific screen or section related to each suggestion or issue
• Clearly explain each observation, recommendation, or potential improvement
• Create one very detailed and organized Google document that contains all findings
• Write a detailed description of the entire app, its purpose, features, and workflows that can later be used as context for an AI model

Deliverable Requirements:

• One single Google document that is very detailed, organized, and easy to follow
• A complete wireframe review
• All recommended changes and additions
• Competitor findings and comparisons
• Screenshots for each suggested change or observation
• Notes about missing features or unclear flows
• A detailed summary of the app and its functionality that could be provided to an AI model as background/context

This needs to be thorough and high quality. I am not looking for a rushed review. I care much more about detail, accuracy, and thoughtfulness than speed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience with home-based baking, custom baking, or running a baking business from home
• Has experience reviewing websites, apps, wireframes, or digital products
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Able to think critically and make practical suggestions
• Strong written English skills
• Comfortable following instructions and documenting findings clearly
• Must understand spoken English on video, as I often provide video explanations for clarity
