Virtual Assistant [Long-term work / Freelancer / India only]

I am a writer, influencer, entreprenuer looking for a virtual assistant to work with me for long-term. This is not a one-off project.
For the first 6 months, this will be part-time work (4 hours per week), but if you have the right skills, positive attitude and desire to grow, this could soon become a well rewarding full-time career for you.
I have tons of ideas and I am looking for someone to work with me on executing them. I have plans that will be completed over next several years. Please do not apply if you are just looking for a short cut to earn quick money.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills in Hindi and English. You should be able to interview and hire people, monitor their performance, and manage a team. You should have analytical skills, and ability to work on internet research to find relevant information for my writings and blogs on various topics about Indian history, religion, culture, politics and languages etc. Due to the nature of these topics, you should have a basic understanding Indian politics, hostiry and Indic values.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in Hindi and English is must. Knowledge of any other Indian language is desirable.
