Daily Social Media Management
Posting pre-prepared content across platforms like Facebook, Threads, and LinkedIn. (That you prepare/create)
Engaging with the audience through comments and messages.
Scheduling posts using provided calendars and tools.
This will include post AND videos
Also be able to create videos from existing viral videos/sounds that relate to our niche
Our Niche:
Therapy needed in workplace with the goal of speaking gigs
Rest for career focused women with the goal of women signing up for our classes
Graphic Design
Designing graphics in Canva based on detailed instructions.
Ensuring the visuals align with the brand’s style, colors, and tone.
Editing and creating images/videos as needed for social media or promotional campaigns.

Sending follow-up emails to RSVPs and leads.
Assisting with email campaign scheduling and updates.
Ensuring emails are accurate, professional, and timely.
LinkedIn Manager (B2B leads/email list)
Must know how to work sales navigator
Add connections
Keep profile optimized
Reach out to potential leads (engage with them)
Also work on building a cold email list
How to apply:
Say “I CAN DO THIS -and confirm your hourly rate as well as the minimum AND maximum hours you are willing to work weekly”
This is a long term gig be aware you will have to do a zoom meeting
If you want to be pushed to the top of options before the zoom meeting create the following

That focuses on women’s rest (you can make up the date/time etc) this is focused towards African American women

We need someone who is an independent thinker, quick on their feet, adaptable, creative, and up to date on trends for instance if we give you your weekly task and you think there is something we missed or should add feel free to bring it up if you think it’s beneficial
Communication and timeframe are so important if we give you task and they aren’t completed timely we will not continue to work with you - if we give you a task and you are always coming up with excuses to why it’s not finished we will not be able to work with you (we are absolutely understanding coming up if something comes up or you tell us in advance) we just don’t want constant issues
Expectations:
Attention to detail is critical—you’ll need to follow specific instructions closely to execute tasks effectively.
You should be proactive and organized, with the ability to manage daily priorities and deadlines.
Communication skills are a must, especially for client-facing tasks like sales calls and email outreach.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Suite, and social media platforms is important.
Time Commitment:
This role requires about 20-30 hours per week, depending on project timelines and needs. Tasks are assigned weekly, and clear instructions will be provided for everything.but again we prefer a free thinker so if you get an idea please feel free to share
