Virtual Assistant - Lead Generation Support (Long-Term, Part-Time) - Philippines Only

I run a digital marketing consultancy working with clients across the US, UK, and Australia. I need a reliable virtual assistant to handle lead generation and outreach activities across three platforms - Upwork, LinkedIn, and Google Maps (GMB).

This is not a technical role. Full training and resources will be provided from Day 1.

Prior experience with Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach, or GMB prospecting is a strong plus - but not mandatory if you are a fast learner.

What we need from you:
- Excellent written and spoken English - non-negotiable
- Reliable, organized, and able to work without constant supervision
- Comfortable learning and using AI tools (full guidance provided)
- Honest and communicative - if something is not working, we want to know early
