Virtual Assistant For Shopify Store
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
I am looking for a virtual assistant to provide customer support for my Shopify store.
Tasks:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Providing assistance with order tracking, returns, and exchanges
- Managing orders and supplier communications
- Researching new products and opportunities
- Logging errors in the platform and customer communication
Requirements:
- Experience in working with Shopify and familiarity with its features and functionality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- You're a person who spends most of your day at PC and looking for a longterm job
Hours:
- I anticipate needing the virtual assistant's assistance for 10-20 hours per week.
