Virtual Assistant Fluent in English and Spanish

OVERVIEW
We are a blockchain startup (structure.fi) founded by MIT and Jump Trading alumni, funded by one of the leading venture capital firms in the blockchain space, Polychain Capital.
We are looking for a virtual assistant who is fluent in both English and Spanish to assist our us with outreach and user research iniatives. This means you'll likely be interacting with persons from Central and South American countries, whether online over chat systems like Whatsapp or Discord, or possibly over live zoom calls.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proficient in English and Spanish
2. Able to work during GMT-2, GMT-3, GMT-4, GMT-5, GMT-6, and GMT-7, time zones.
3. Quick learner.
4. Very organized.
5. Hard worker.
5. Familiar with Google docs and google spreadsheets.
6. Some experience with sales
7. Experience managing many digital conversations in parallel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Has personal or professional experience in crypto, blockchain
2. Has personal or professional experience in traditional investing (stocks, bonds, ETFs, etc.)
3. Has experience with content strategy and social media
