Virtual Assistant – Creator & Influencer Outreach (Remote)

Prediqo is an upcoming social prediction platform where users can create and participate in prediction markets around sports, gaming, creators, crypto, entertainment, and trending events. We are building a global creator network and are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help us grow our community.
Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to identify, contact, and onboard content creators, clip pages, influencers, and online communities.
This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow into a Creator Partnerships or Affiliate Manager role.
Responsibilities
Research creators, clip pages, and influencers on Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Discord.
Build and maintain a database of potential partners.
Send personalized outreach messages via social media, email, and other channels.
Follow up with interested creators.
Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
Maintain a CRM with outreach progress and responses.
Identify new communities and growth opportunities.
Assist with creator onboarding and affiliate registrations.
Requirements
Excellent written English (Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage).
Experience with influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or virtual assistance.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools.
Able to work independently and meet outreach targets.
Nice to Have
Experience in iGaming, prediction markets, crypto, esports, sports, or creator economy.
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Telegram, and Discord communities.
Languages you speak.
Your availability (hours per week).
Any experience building influencer or affiliate partnerships.
