Virtual Assistant

www.CoverJam.club is a platform that features music cover videos, specifically those recorded without an audience and outside of live concerts.
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) to helping expand our video library while ensuring we maintain content quality and standards.
VA will has to handle the following tasks:
1.Identifying creators who meet our video guidelines.
2.Contacting selected creators to request permission to feature their videos.
3.Managing media and documentation related to creator agreements.
Detailed Steps
PHASE 1: Research
-Find Youtube music video covers that are consistent with CoverJam.club’s guidelines and rules. The website clearly lists the types of videos that are accepted and those that are not, so the VA can easily determine which creators to contact and which to avoid. This helps streamline the selection process by ensuring only eligible content is considered.
-Find the email contact of the owner and put inside The Mailing system we'll gave you. this will start a email sequence asking to them to visite the website to start share videos with us.
PHASE 2: Data Entry
-when contacted Owners compile the form agreement into the website, you will receive an email with all user data, then you do the following steps:
1.Download the video at max quality with any good download software
2.create a catchy title and a description (ok with any Ai tool)
3.upload the video into CoverjamClub YT channel with the generated Title and description
REQUIREMENTS
VA's has to be good around web tools knowledges specially for youtube, but also able to navigate and do research into all other social network to contact Cover Musicians/band
Va's need to have a fast computer and internet connection to download/upload videos in reasonable short time
TERMS
this is not a one-time-task or for a limited time, we are starting the project and we need a VA that will stay with us as long the project will be maintained
we can start with 40 Hours per month then we'll can increase if the project will grow up
TRIAL
we will select few freelancer, each one will start a 1 week test = 10 hours, that will be paid form us.
after testing few freelancer we'll pick the best in terms of accuracy, results and velocity
We can offer access to a cloud service storage and/or Vps to manage remotely the task if needed
