Virtual Assistant

MUST BE FLUENT in ENGLISH with little to no accent.  Running day to day operations of HVAC outside sales role.  Cold calling potential clients, with cold call scripts, and setting appointments with those clients.  As well as following up via email.  I will have regular contact emails that will need to be given as well.  All calls and communication should be updated in my personal HubSpot, credentials will be given.  You will have access to my email to make fast responses, clients only, if necessary as well as to take care of follow up. You will have access to certain applications for clients, that will need send with directions on how to fill out.   You will be in direct contact with me to help all this go smoothly.  Lead generation is a plus.
