We’re a global B2B training company that has been in business for over 20 years.
We're seeking long-term support from a highly capable Virtual Assistant. You’ll be able to work from wherever you please and to choose your hours. This is a part-time role - but if you would like to expand your responsibilities, then this can be a full-time role. So please share your preference for total working hours per week in your cover letter.

Are you great with details and processes? Do you possess initiative and like a varied role? Do you like learning? Then this could be your best role yet.

You must have very good written English (C1 or better).

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Systems & Processes: watch how-to videos and then create or update process flows and detailed instructions (i.e. SOP's).
2. Participants: Send invitation and reminder emails to participants to complete their profiles, watch videos, and set up sim game profiles. Updating participant templates.
3. Producer role: supporting our facilitators on our online training sessions and mainly helping with zoom and explaining our sim game’s features. These sessions are typically scheduled many weeks in advance and last 4.5 hours. Some in the morning, some afternoon, some in the evening.
4. Travel & Accommodation: research accommodation and travel options and add flight and accommodation bookings to the CEO’s calendar.
5. Updating training calendars and WordPress.
6. Updating who has completed and passed their assessment. Creating and emailing PDF certificates.
7. Post job adverts, review them, and correspond with applicants and our team. Coordinate the onboarding and setup for recruits.
8. Hosting sim game (our software) demo sessions with prospective clients. Supporting clients' negotiators in learning how to use the sim game.
9. Responding to prospective client inquiries coming in via the website chat.
10. Support our online training learner self-paced evolution. This will include software, videos, and instructions.
11. Recruitment: posting ads and interviewing and working with headhunters.
12. Various ad-hoc tasks, many of which are personal in nature, to save the CEO’s time.
