Virtual Assistant

I am looking for someone to assist me personally and professionally while I run a small business. This person would have knowledge of QuickBooks and how to reconcile and create a profit and loss statement for each month. They would also be able to learn our CRM Software in order to use the information from QuickBooks to calculate job profitability. This person would be fluent in English and able to manage our Indeed account and perform candidate Interviews. This person would also have some knowledge and experience with social media management, using Canva and creating social media posts, bonus points for knowledge in branding. Looking for someone with knowledge of business that can play an active role in assisting in the growth and organization of the company.
In the future these roles will be filled by multiple people with more specialization, but for now looking for someone with a bit of experience in multiple fields.
