2. Support customers in terms of our company services and help resolve their inquiries.
3. Reply to customer emails.
4. Reply to whats app messages ( whats app API )
Skills:
1. Bilingual ( Arabic / English )
2. Good communication skills
3. Excellent in Arabic language ( spoken and written )
4. Have background about the UAE culture and can deal professionally with locals.
5. Adequate to UAE timing
