Virtual Assistant

We are searching for a talented Virtual Assistant with technical background to join and support our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Answering customers in perfect English
- Moderating/replying to comments/messages on Facebook and Instagram
- Responding to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately (within 1 business day)
- Changing, refunding and cancelling orders according to our store policies
- Responding with Paypal disputes
- Responding to chargebacks

Requirements:
- Excellent English (written and grammar)
- Work independently
- You must have a highspeed internet connection, a smart phone (for Instagram)
- Attention to detail
- Quick learner
- Reliable and punctual
- Have a passion for ECO lifestyle is a plus
