Virtual Assistant

Minimum requirements:
✅At least 2 years of accumulated VA work experience or equivalent
✅With inbound/outbound calls experience as a VA
✅With AU payroll experience (preferred but not required)
✅With RTO/Training organization experience (preferred but not required)
✅Exemplary communication skills
✅Knowledge in navigation and use of Microsoft apps and G-Suite apps
✅Experience in handling several CRMs
✅Must have work equipment ready and a dedicated workspace
✅Minimum 50mbps internet connection and preferably with internet back-up option
✅Female, 30 years old and above, married or in a relationship, have kids.
✅Best if you have a specialty skill like RECRUITMENT, IMMIGRATION, EDUCATION, RTO (Registered Training Organization), HEALTHCARE, REAL ESTATE, MARKETING, Ecommerce, etc.
