Virtual Assistant

I am looking for someone that can research about 500 properties that are vacant, in pre foreclosure, tired landlord, skip trace, cold calls and make offers. I will provide Prop Stream and contracts. You will receive 3% commission on each property that accepts an offer that you call. That agreement will be provided before service.
Please have at least 1 year of experience in all that I am asking for.
