The company is organized in startup mode with a clear mission: To build sustainable housing with adapted architecture and to propose innovative solutions for the transformation of African cities.
To fulfill this mission, we are looking for a virtual assistant who speaks French perfectly. Being bilingual would be highly appreciated.
The tasks are diverse and vary according to the opportunities:
- Research, writing and creation of content
Example of content
o The 5 mistakes not to make when you want to build your house in Africa
o How to choose your contractor or labourer
o How to buy the right material to build your home
o The key points when you build your villa
o How to choose your paint
o How to choose your roofing (slab or sheet metal..etc)
- Management of the publication on social networks (Linkdin, instagram youtube, Facebook, Tik Tok)
- Moderation of comments on the various networks, site, YouTube channel of the company and the company manager. Various contents (articles, photos, videos, writing, presentation)
- Collection and analysis of testimonials
- Management of the social networks' e-mail boxes
We are looking for a person for 10-15 hours of service per month at first. This duration will be reviewed according to the quality of the work and our activity.
First mission
1- Synthesis of less than 10 pages on the real estate market in Côte d'Ivoire and how the current real estate promoters respond to the demand.
2- Prepare a content for YouTube: the 5 key points when building your villa in Africa
Instructions
- The performance must be done in French
