We’re preparing for the launch of our flagship pet wellness product and are looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant who can support us across creative marketing execution, light research, and general brand development tasks. This is a part-time, flexible role that may grow over time as we scale our operations.
We’re still in the pre-launch phase — our product hasn’t gone live yet, branding is still in progress, and our website is under development. Because of this, the initial scope of work will be light and foundational, focused mostly on content preparation and early audience building.

3. Creative Asset & Template Building
Design placeholder graphics and templates for future use (ads, promos, benefit breakdowns, etc.) using stock imagery and sample copy
4. Competitor & Brand Research
Research competing or inspirational pet wellness brands
Organize examples of good design, captions, post types, and tone of voice we can reference

- Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook
- Experience in creating diverse types of social media content
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant is a plus.
