Versatile Virtual Assistant Needed for Coaching Business
Budget: £5 – £10 GBP
I want a skilled VA to:
- Re-format and design my coaching course workbooks to make them ADHD friendly.
I have examples and chosen templates to work from.
- Schedule daily posts on Linked In and YouTube - batch creative sessions with me once a month for this.
- Design social media cover shots images and memes for multi-platform posting to match my branding
- At first use my copy and test and review keywords and headlines. Over time, I take on copywriting using my brand voice and AI tools.
- Use WordPress to batch draft four vlogs/blogs on my website per month in accordance with my system of brand guidelines, bibliography and branding.
- Prepare and schedule 30 videos in advance. These are edited and uploaded, awaiting headline, keywords and description and to be scheduled to premiere on YouTube and dated so they look new.
Desirable is for my chosen VA to be familiar with:
- Go High Level (FEA Create)
- Canva
- You Tube
- You Tube Buddy (desirable)
- Linked In
- Meta Business Suite
- Wordpress (preferably including Divi)
- Chat GPT
- Perplexity (desirable)
- Grammarly
- Google Suite
I wish to have onboarded my new VA by the end of April with a small project to start:
1) Prepare four vlogs from my YouTube bank to be scheduled to go live on my blog once a week for the next 4 weeks. NB uses my existing templates and brand guidelines; the films are edited and uploaded, and thumbnails, headlines, descriptions, and keywords are needed.
2) Schedule 30 days of social media posts on Linked In, Instagram and Facebook inc, editing existing copy, selecting headlines, keywords and linking calls to action.
