I'm looking for someone to manage my Facebook Marketplace rental ad in Vancouver, BC. You'll also be in charge of pre-screening potential tenants and scheduling them in via my Calendly link for a viewing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post a single, engaging ad on Facebook Marketplace, with provided photos an description
- Monitor responses, pre-screen potential tenants with my prepared questionnaire, and ensure they meet specified criteria
- Schedule qualified applicants for in-person viewings with my Calendly link
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in real estate, rental management, or similar roles
