Twitter VA for Customer Interaction & Engagement

I'm in need of a Virtual Assistant who can effectively handle our Twitter presence. Your main tasks will be:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their questions or concerns with aptitude and professionalism.
- Engaging appropriately with followers to build a stronger relationship and improve brand loyalty.
While previous experience with social media management and customer service will be beneficial, the crucial skills needed for this role include excellent communication, proactivity, and a solid understanding of Twitter's features and culture. Direct experience with my brand's industry is also a plus.
