Travel Agency Virtual Assistant

We are a travel agency specialized in holidays.

Rentals but can offer any type of trip. You will be responsible for all customer
interactions, including obtaining travel requirements, searching for properties,
researching various things as needed, helping to answer customer questions,
obtain customer requirements, manage queue quotes, and complete sales. If you
have call center experience or customer service experience, this is a plus.

Qualifications:

-Must be at least 18 years old
-Must have smartphone and/or computer and internet access
-Availability to attend live and recorded online training sessions
-Positive attitude and willing to work hard
-Ability to work independently, but always willing to ask for help
-No previous experience necessary

Tasks will vary but may include:

-Customer Support
-Data Entry
