Thai speaking virtual assistant

I am moving to Thailand this month and need a part-time assistant to help me make arrangement for Thailand. This involves calling cell phone companies, airlines, apartments, etc.

This will likely be a long-term arrangement as I am very busy and would prefer you assist me with my personal obligations long term.

Prefer someone that is online a lot.
