Tech-Savvy Virtual Assistant Needed
Budget: £2 – £5 GBP
Looking for a reliable and responsible VA with strong technical skills to handle a variety of IT, online research, data entry and administrative/operational tasks to help us remove roadblocks.
You'll work closely with the 2 founders, and help the delivery team with the above tasks too.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- troubleshooting tech platforms/software issues
- configuring systems and processes
- handling minor domain or email-related challenges
- managing ops/admin Trello board: creating tickets, keeping them up to date, updating the senior execs on daily basis (brief progress reports).
- generic VA tasks such as conducting research, data-entry, and updating records.
While we can’t list every task in advance, the role will require someone who can adapt quickly and be a go-to VA helper with the ability to handle tech fixes as they come up.
The role starts at 5 hours/week, quickly increasing to 10-15 hours/week. Ongoing, long-term collaboration!
You'll succeed in this role if you:
- have prompt communication and great at updating us/giving us clarity on progress (min 1 hr online daily UK timezone),
- will take full ownership of your tasks, being a error fixed, creating/updating your own tickets on Trello for full visibility of progress, communicating with us if there are any roadblocks
- are proficient with the latest tech tools, with Google Sheets
- Use AI on daily/weekly basis to help make your work more efficient
- can solve technical issues that arise on the go, and can figure things out quickly
- Are a problem solver, and like to figure solutions out
Even bigger plus, if:
- You have design/Canva skills
- Want to bring over your expertise/experience and teach us new ways to set up processes, admin, ops, tech
- You have worked on similar VA projects
