Team members needed for a Video Advertising Agency
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am looking for 10 team members willing to work exclusively as part of a video advertising agency. The team member's jobs will be to seek out and provide work to other team members of the agency. In other words, together each achieves more. The pay will be on a monthly basis. We are looking for experienced people to fill these positions or anyone who has the skills to do them.
As a team member, we will supply you with the software you will need to create all the work needed for the agency. As the team grows, the agency will grow in strength. We need members in the following areas and with the following skills:
1. Virtual Assistant Administrator - The Administrator will be responsible for adding, removing, and
updating agency members' permissions. Administrator will have complete access and authority to submit proposals on behalf of the Agency.
The Administrator will purchase connects at will have financial access of the company. The Admin must see that each department is doing their jobs according to company policies and their terms andconditions laid out by the website for which they are working. The Administrator must have full knowledge and understanding how to run and operate the Agency without supervision and at least 5 years experience having run one.
2. Financial Manager - The Finacial Manager will have full access to the agency’s financial
accounts, including payment methods, billing methods, and reports.
Must have at least 2 years of experience with financial matters.
3. Business Manager - Will submit and manage team proposals and contracts for all the team members, as well as adjust Exclusive Freelancer profile rates and profile visibility. The Manager will be responsible for submitting agencytime-based reports, including Weekly Summaries of business conducted by the team.
4. Exclusive Agency Freelancers - The exclusive agency freelancer will work on behalf of the agency.
Must be a team player, and be able to work with other team members in the company. Take orders from the management team.
Persons applying for these positions must submit an email address where we can send you an invitation. You must apply for at least one of the positions. Only suitable persons will be acknowledge.
There will also be bonuses paid for great work done on project on behalf of the Agency from time to time. Please submit what you desired to be PAID PER MONTH for your services. The Administrator chosen will have the final say about what each member will be paid after viewing their submissions. Work that is submitted for contract will be viewed by the Admin and decided what action should be taken if it is approved.
We are looking for an ongoing service now and into the future.
All necessary videos and training will be provided to each and every member of the Agency and each person must learn how to create their work from the individual office that was created for them. Everyone will be working on a level play field. So the work you produce will depend of how well you use the software that was provided to you.
You email address will be given a password if you are accepted so that you may be able to log in and see the technology for yourself. You may start off by watching each video or by choosing the video that suits your skill. Every team member's work area can be seen by the owner of the Agency, so persons working will have to be honest, reliable and trustworthy and not give away any free work to anyone. Each job must be paid for and totals of work payments will be added up daily or weekly. Funds will be paid to each person at the end of the month, but work done must first be accepted by the clients so they are no conflicts of interest. You might be asked to sign a non-closure agreement as these areas are off limit to anyone not part of the Agency.
