Tattoo Studio Executive Assistant

Job Title: Tattoo Executive Assistant
Location: Remote/Overseas
Job Type: Part-time 10 hrs/week starting as we ramp up, up to 20 hrs/week
Job Summary:
Our modern tattoo studio in Vancouver, Canada is seeking a self-motivated and skilled Executive Assistant to work with the founders to manage administrative tasks, appointments, calendars, coordinate the assignment of tattoo stations for our guests, and provide bookkeeping services. The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational, communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the founders including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, responding to emails, and performing general clerical duties
- Coordinate the assignment of tattoo stations for our guests based on artist preference, artist availability, and studio capacity
- Ensure that the studio's bookkeeping is up-to-date and accurate, including maintaining financial records, generating invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts
- Assist with managing and keeping track of inventory orders
- Work with the founders to develop and implement administrative policies and procedures that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the studio's operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with bookkeeping, financial management, and Quickbooks
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
- Experience with customer service and managing relationships with clients or customers
- Familiarity with the tattoo industry is a plus, but not required
