Strategic + Creative Virtual Assistant for Podcast
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Grief On Purpose is a grief-informed, trauma-aware business offering courses, journals, a podcast, and resources to help people move through grief with intention and compassion.
We’re looking for a virtual assistant who’s more than just organized—you’re a creative thinker, a digital systems whiz, and someone who can take a project and run with it.
This role includes editing and uploading podcast episodes, creating social clips and posting on social media, managing our Kajabi backend, and helping us build out and refresh our Squarespace website. You’ll help transform meaningful grief-related content into streamlined, strategic systems that reach and resonate with our audience.
This role is perfect for someone who:
• Has experience with Descript (editing podcasts, creating audiograms/clips)
• Can manage Kajabi pages, email sequences, course content, and automations
• Understands Squarespace (can build out new pages and improve existing layout/design)
• Is organized and detail-oriented, but also strategic and self-directed
• Communicates clearly, reliably, and kindly
• Is comfortable supporting a heart-centered, grief-informed business
• Is a self-starter and doesn’t need a lot of direction
Tasks include:
• Editing podcast episodes in Descript
• Creating audiograms, reels, and other content for social media
• Uploading content to Kajabi (courses, emails, blogs, landing pages)
• Adding 1–2 new pages to the Squarespace website (e.g., sales, podcast, resources)
• Refreshing or improving the layout/design of existing site pages
• Repurposing content for Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Basic admin support (emails, links, light research)
Bonus if you:
• Have basic graphic design or Canva skills
• Understand Pinterest or YouTube SEO
• Love helping make messy content into smooth, impactful systems
• Have worked in wellness, grief, or trauma-informed spaces
Hours: ~5–10 per week to start, potential to grow
Pay: Hourly or retainer, DOE (please include your rate in your application)
