Spanish-Native Developer Recruiter Needed
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need help locating and closing a senior software developer who fits some very specific criteria. The person you find must have a minimum of five solid years writing code (no low-code or no-code shortcuts), speak English at a C1 level for day-to-day communication, and be a native Spanish speaker. Prior interview-panel experience on the candidate’s side would be a welcome extra.
In the project questionnaire I selected “Virtual Assistant” as the development track simply because the form offered no better label for the kind of hands-on coder I want. I also ticked consulting, recruiter, and social-media support as tasks, since those activities will surround the search itself—co-ordinating outreach, polishing the job post, and keeping our hiring channels active.
Here is how I would like our collaboration to run:
• You source and pre-screen candidates, confirming their technical depth and language proficiency.
• You arrange a live interview slot that works for the candidate and me.
• When I decide to hire a candidate, I pay you a success fee per person and you pass me their direct contact details so we can finalize terms.
If this workflow sounds clear and you are confident you can present qualified talent quickly, let’s get started.
