Job Description:
The Virtual Assistant role will consist of posting on social media, following up with existing customers via text/email/phone to ensure satisfaction and answer questions, managing DM’s/emails with customer issues, and also receiving inbound calls regarding customer support.
This person will also do light editing work using Canva.
Wage: $3-$4/hr
Guaranteed Salary Increase at 90 days and Health Insurance at 6 months
Hours: Full time
Shift (EST): 9a-6p
Requirements:
Excellent Attendance (non-negotiable requirement)
Proficient Spanish
Graphic Design: Canva Experience
Customer Service experience
Social Media experience
Stable internet connection & reliable computer with a functioning headset, and multiple monitors.
Low frequency of power outages
Ability to learn & adapt quickly to company changes
High energy, a positive mindset, and a hard work ethic
