Job Title: Virtual Assistant to Source Emerging Hip-Hop & R&B Artists in New York
Description:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to research and compile a list of emerging Hip-Hop and R&B artists based in New York for an upcoming Outchea live performance.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify up-and-coming Hip-Hop and R&B artists in New York.
Gather key details for each artist, including:
Instagram handle
Email address (if available)
Optionally, reach out to the artists using a pre-written introduction message to introduce them to Outchea and gauge their interest in performing.
Organize all findings in a Google Sheet or Excel file with:
Artist name
Genre (Hip-Hop or R&B)
Instagram handle
Email contact
Any response received (if outreach is required).
Requirements:
Experience in artist research, music industry scouting, or talent booking is a plus.
Knowledge of New York's Hip-Hop & R&B music scene, especially underground and emerging artists.
Strong research and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Deliverables:
A list of at least 200-500 emerging Hip-Hop & R&B artists in New York.
A Google Sheet or Excel file with artist details.
A report on responses (if outreach is required).
Budget & Timeline:
Budget: Open to proposals based on experience.
Timeline: first 50 within 24 hours.

Please send all outreach messages from a dedicated Outchea account. Please provide daily updates on the progress of the list. Please ensure all artists are available for the performance date, which is 18 Sept
the budget is $4 per hour (8 hours a day) you are expected to put a list of 100 contacts minimum
you will work 3 days a week. Monday, Wednesday & Friday
We will trial you for one week and see how it goes.
I will need to know your start and finish time.
You will also be using trello to show what you have done
