Virtual Assistant Job Description: Social Media Manager
Harmony Agency is a social media management agency created in 2022 which works closely with glamour female models in the adult industry and scales them with cross-platform marketing strategies.
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage our model’s social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media accounts, an understanding of social media marketing strategies, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Schedule posts in advance.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on all platforms.
Engage with followers and other users to increase engagement and grow the model’s social media following.
Analyze and report on social media metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other team members to create and execute social media campaigns.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter for glamour models in the adult industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Spanish speaking is a plus).
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Later or Repurpose.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
A proactive problem-solver who is always looking for ways to improve and optimize our social media presence
