I am in need of a virtual assistant for my Shopify store (website URL upon request). The ideal candidate will be proficient in various store operations such as fulfilling orders, responding to email inquiries, adjusting store theme, tagging, processing refunds, applying discounts, and tracking all expenses, revenues, and profits for each order. basic html or web development is a plus. Middle to high Microsoft Excel Experience is a must.
Order fulfillment is required on a daily basis which might be for 1 to 2 hour, and the customer support required is basic email responses. I am solely responsible for adding new products to the store and build the brand, so the focus of the job is on store operations.
