Shopee Taiwan Virtual Assistant

I am seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented virtual assistant (VA) with an entrepreneurial spirit to support the relaunch and expansion of my Shopee Taiwan online shop. The shop specializes in selling authentic Japanese products to Taiwanese consumers.

About You
Taiwanese resident with fluent Mandarin Chinese and English communication skills.
Strong understanding of the Taiwanese e-commerce landscape, particularly Shopee.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and suppliers.
Proficient in social media marketing and content creation to promote shop products on relevant platforms.

Responsibilities

Identify reliable suppliers in Taiwan with the potential to provide inventory for our shop (optional).
Create high-quality product listings in Mandarin Chinese, including descriptions, titles, and translations.
Manage product inventory and pricing on the Shopee platform.
Oversee social media marketing campaigns to promote shop products and brand awareness.
Respond to customer inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner.
