Shop manager - Customer service, Shopify store management ....

We are looking for Virtual Assistant who will be dedicated to us ONLY. And who could become a team manager in the futur to lead and manage our employees. We are a group of many online business and for this job you will have to do these tasks :
-Manage social media account (post content and moderate comments on facebook, instagram and tiktok)
-Look for new influencers who can produce content and who share the vision of the brand and manage communications with them.
-Manage communications with digital agencies we work with.
-Manage customer support (by email AND phone) For that YOU MUST BE LOCATED IN THE USA. It's an obligation to be in the same local time zone as the customers. And to have an experience in customer service management. (As you may know customer service management needs patience especially with some stubborn customers).
-Manage dialog with suppliers and 3PL Warehouse.
-Make weekly reports of sales and profit and what has been done in the week.
