Seeking Virtual Assistant (VA) for Etsy Shop selling Digital Products (e.g. Digital Patterns & Clipart)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and assist in the daily operations of our Etsy shop. We specialize in selling digital products such as digital patterns and clipart. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Photoshop, Etsy management, and social media management. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the creation of digital products, managing Etsy listings, analytics, customer reviews, and messages, as well as handling social media platforms such as Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
You will be trained properly and we have a comprehensive manual on how to do everything in detail. This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Create new digital product listings on Etsy, following provided templates and carefully researching keywords for optimization.
- Manage analytics, customer reviews, and messages on the Etsy platform.
- Utilize Photoshop skills to perform tasks such as changing resolution/DPI, carefully removing backgrounds from complex images with precision and attention to detail.
- Follow the comprehensive process for creating digital products, including AI tools, upscaling, and background removal automation.
- Batch upscale images
- Resize and save images to meet specific requirements
- Organize and bundle images into ZIP folders, ensuring each folder does not exceed 20MB in size.
- Create mockup images using provided templates, selecting appropriate patterns or clipart for each mockup.
- Manage social media platforms (Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok) by creating consistent and engaging posts using our tools and product images.
- Conduct research to identify new strategies for business growth and contribute to launching effective ad campaigns to promote our products.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Photoshop, with experience in changing resolution/DPI, precise background removal, and image resizing.
- Strong knowledge of Etsy management, including creating new digital product listings, keyword research, and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok) and experience in managing social media accounts.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow provided guidelines and templates accurately.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to research and implement new strategies for business growth.
