Sales & Lead Management Virtual Assistant

I'm in search of a virtual assistant to handle key operational tasks of my medical spa business. Chief among these are sales and lead management, appointment setting, and answering phone calls.

Key Role:

Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience working in a medical spa setting is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in body contouring techniques, particularly CoolSculpting and Emsculpt Neo, and familiarity with Semaglutide, Botox, and fillers.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
* Track record in sales and lead handling.
* Proficiency in using CRM software at an intermediate level.
