Requesting help finding a reliable competent Virtual Assistant

Job ID: 32988587

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

My virtual assistant needs qualities like competency, honesty, authenticity, flexibility, humor, patience, trustworthiness “to a fault”, maturity, respect and excellent people and organizational skills.
VA must enjoy having FUN w me at work while getting the job done.

I am a book author, international conference keynoter, and workshop presenter. My style is engaging and interactive. My strength is the big picture; details exhaust my brain.

My VA, S/he/they will oversee my schedule,
booking US and international engagements and planning sessions, including booking guests weekly for FB live streaming program (based in the UK).

S/he/they will keep me posted weekly and at times daily of upcoming responsibilities/links/work summaries in the context of immediate and long term commitments.

Complete (using my template) and send each client both a contract and invoice, plus W-9 and complete other forms required by clients.

Maintain upbeat genuine “can do” relationships w each client, honoring each client’s strengths while maintaining professional boundaries in resolving any differences.

Oversee, maintain and update my website and FB book page, (optional but desired) organize and implement online marketing campaigns.

Serve as my tech savvy savant while being able to guide my all-thumbs self through any tech challenges.

Be a resourceful problem solver, ready to work any challenges through respectfully, communicating w with folk from differing nationalities, ethnicities, value systems.

The VA’s relationship w me needs to be transparent, direct and loving, non-shaming/blaming, curious and optimistic. I value EQ (emotional intelligence in practice). Mutually respectful healthy relationships are the ❤️ of every worthwhile thing.

For 6.5 years I worked well with a VA from Mexico.

My current VA IN THE Philippines is sadly not performing adequately despite ample encouragement and patience.
When I lost a client to her double booking me, and almost lost income because she forgot to invoice, I decided I need a new VA.

Regarding fee: Given Covid’s effect on in person conferences and gatherings, my income has plummeted. Hence, I have appreciated VAs who charge rates that put them in good stead financially in their countries; however, in the US her/his/their rates match my income.

Things are picking up; however I do a great deal of pro bono work.
