Repurposing Media Specialist / Virtual Assistant wanted for long-term relationship
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Hi, my name is Thomas and I have worked 25+ years in the IT-industry. I am quite experienced in digital marketing, but need to scale what I do.
I am looking for a person that can work with me directly. I am running a tech community business and I am looking for someone that are skilled in these two areas:
Repurposing media specialist
- Be able to repurpose audio and video content for social media. Create video shorts for Linkedin, Instagram, Tiktok etc with captions. Make quote-images, do transcriptions of podcasts/webinars to use for blog posts, summaries, Twitter threads etc.
General virtual assistant:
- Data entry
- Document management
- Update website
- Community membership management
- Post on social media
You need to have excellent English skills, an eye and ear for the creative part of the job and business understanding. Experience of working with media or with software companies is a plus.
Tell me about yourself and you experience in these fields. I would say that the most important thing is to have experience and understanding of doing the media repurposing in an efficient and good way.
Qualification Task:
Attached is 3 examples of content: 1 podcast episode, 1 clubhouse session and 1 webinar. Please describe how you would work with it (strategy, tools etc) and provide examples of your work if you'd like.
I will only respond to bidders that engage in this task
The bidders that goes to the second round will get to post a short personal video to introduce yourself
I will then want to have a video chat with the finalists.
I would say that this is a half-time position to start with, but could grow into full-time
I can pay maximum $5/h, can you work for less - that is of course a plus. I am a fair buyer and will always pay on time and for the work you put in. It is a 2-way trust relationship.
