UK Rental Listing Assistant
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to hand over the day-to-day work of advertising my rooms for rent and fielding tenant enquiries so I can focus on running the properties themselves. You’ll be working exclusively on SpareRoom, Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree—no need to worry about Rightmove or Zoopla at this stage.
What I’ll give you:
• Full property details, photos and my standard reply templates.
• Clear guidelines on pricing, availability, house rules and reference checks.
What I’ll need from you:
• Draft or polish ad copy when my notes are thin, keeping everything consistent in tone and compliant with platform rules.
• Post new ads and refresh existing ones on the three sites above.
• Monitor inboxes daily, respond promptly.
• Flag anything that needs my approval or local input straight away.
Strong written English and friendly customer service are essential. Because some portals can block overseas traffic, a stable UK-based IP (or reliable workaround) is likely required. Prior experience VA in the UK is a definite plus, but I’m happy to walk you through my process if you’re keen to learn.
