Remote male Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a remote male virtual assistant/customer service agent from India to join my team. The ideal candidate should have customer service experience and be available to work full-time, for 40 hours per week.

Requirements

good communication skills

own laptops

high speed internet

Quiet place

8hours per day between 1 pm and 10 pm

Tasks:

- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service

- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner

- Assisting with order processing and tracking

- Providing product information and recommendations to customers

Skills and Experience:

- Previous customer service experience is required

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Fluent in English and any additional language skills are a plus
