Freelance Travel Recruiter (Remote – U.S. & International)

Location: Remote – Open to U.S. and International Candidates
About the Role
We are a fast-growing travel business looking for freelance recruiters to help us expand by referring new clients and aspiring travel agents. This is a flexible, commission-based role with great income potential for anyone who enjoys networking, sharing opportunities, and connecting with people who love to travel.
No travel license or previous experience required — just consistency, communication skills, and a willingness to follow up with leads.
What You’ll Do
• Refer individuals who want to book travel
• Refer individuals interested in becoming certified travel agents
• Submit a list of at least 10 interested leads monthly
• Share travel programs using our digital flyers, social posts, and outreach tools
• Attend or support one outreach event monthly (virtual or in-person)
• Work 10 hours per week on your own schedule
Earnings & Bonuses
This position is fully commission-based. You’ll earn $25–$50 for each client you refer who books a trip. You’ll also earn a $50 bonus for every travel agent you refer who stays active for two months or more. Recruiters who refer 5, 10, or 20+ agents in a single month qualify for additional cash bonuses of $50, $150, and up to $500. The more people you bring in, the more you earn — with no income cap.

• Annual renewal fee of $15
• Must sign a simple recruiter agreement
• Active on social media or within a personal or professional network
• Self-motivated and willing to follow up with leads
• Open to applicants worldwide
