Remote Property Manager for Villas & Chalets
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I'm seeking a dedicated property manager for my villas and chalets. The role is primarily focused on managing guest communications and booking management through Airbnb.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Communications: You will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling inquiries, providing assistance and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Booking Management: Overseeing bookings, checking availability and managing cancellations or alterations.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in property management, specifically on Airbnb.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish or French.
- Strong organizational skills to handle booking management.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to our guests.
