This entry-level position does not require prior experience, as we provide comprehensive training, materials, and instructional videos to support your success. Candidates with a background in Customer Support or Virtual Assistance are encouraged to apply.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily property operations, including coordinating bookings, scheduling maintenance, and responding to guest inquiries.
- Manage property listings and maintain updated, accurate information across platforms.
- Provide exceptional guest service to ensure high satisfaction and positive reviews.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and problem-solving for guest concerns during their stay.
- Coordinate with local vendors for cleaning, repairs, and other property needs.
**Requirements**:
- Must be based in **Europe, North America (U.S. or Canada), or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico)**.
- An **active Airbnb account** as a guest (required).
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools, such as Google Workspace and property management software (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
**Preferred Background**:
- Experience in **Customer Support** or **Virtual Assistance** is advantageous but not required.
