Job Description: Customer Support/Virtual Assistant for Property Management
Position: Customer Support/Virtual Assistant Salary: $3,200 per month
Location: Remote ( should be located exclusively in Europe, North America (U.S. or Canada), or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico).
Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support or Virtual Assistant to help source candidates for our Property Manager roles. This position involves supporting the management of rental properties and ensuring an exceptional guest experience through effective communication and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advertising and Managing Properties: Assist in the online promotion and management of rental properties to maximize visibility and guest engagement.
* Publishing Listings: Create and update compelling property listings across various online platforms to attract potential guests.
* Calendar Management: Ensure that property availability calendars are accurately maintained and updated to prevent double bookings.
* Responding to Inquiries: Handle guest inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and assistance to facilitate the booking process.
* Booking Management: Review and manage booking requests, making informed decisions to accept or decline based on availability and property guidelines.
Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in customer support or virtual assistance roles
* Proficiency in using online platforms and tools for property management and candidate sourcing
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

* Previous experience in property management or a related field is a plus but not required; training will be provided
