Remote Job Application Virtual Assistant (US Remote Software Engineer Roles)

Overview
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to submit high-volume job applications for US-remote-only mid-to-senior Software Engineer roles (individual contributor only — not entry-level, internship, staff, principal, manager, or director). You’ll focus on mobile + web engineering roles and follow strict role/stack filters.
You will use our internal resume generator platform to create a tailored resume per job, and the platform will automatically track how many applications you submit each day.
Key Responsibilities
Search and identify US remote-only Software Engineer roles (mobile + web focused).
Use our internal resume generator to produce a job-tailored resume for each posting.
Submit applications through job boards and ATS portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.).
Follow all application instructions carefully and submit accurate information only.
Avoid duplicates, avoid low-fit roles, and maintain clean application quality.
Target Roles & Tech Stacks (Only Apply to These)
Mobile (iOS / Android):
iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C
Android: Kotlin, Java
Bonus: React Native, Flutter
Web / Full Stack:
Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue
Backend: Golang, .NET / C#, Java, Python
Strict “Do Not Apply” Rules (Mandatory)
Do NOT apply to:
Onsite or Hybrid jobs (Remote-only US jobs only)
Roles outside the mid–senior IC range (no intern/entry, no staff/principal, no manager+)
Non-software engineering roles (e.g., Product Manager, QA-only, DevOps-only, SRE-only unless clearly part of SWE, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Security-only)
Tech stacks outside our focus, including (examples):
Mainframe (COBOL, AS/400, z/OS, etc.)
Database Admin / DBA roles
IT Support / SysAdmin roles
Niche ERP stacks (SAP, Dynamics-only), or unrelated specialties
If the role does not clearly match our target stacks and criteria, skip it.
Requirements
Prior experience submitting job applications and working with ATS systems (Greenhouse/Lever/Workday preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow rules consistently.
Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and high volume.
Strong written English and careful data entry skills.
Reliable internet and ability to work independently.

The platform tracks your daily applied count, and we may request proof links/screenshots for random audits.
Compensation (Commission-Based)
$1 per 20 completed applications, verified via the platform’s tracking (and occasional spot checks).
