Recruitment & Onboarding Virtual Assistant for Remote Roles at Orbas Agency
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Orbas Agency is a fast-growing digital agency launching with a dynamic, remote-first model. We are hiring a reliable virtual assistant to help us recruit, message, and onboard commission-based team members using free job platforms.
This is a one-time task, but exceptional work may lead to future ongoing projects.
You will be provided with:
Pre-written job adverts
Response templates
Welcome video
Contract and onboarding forms
Google Sheets tracker
Your Tasks:
1. Post Jobs (Copy-Paste Only)
Post 7 job roles on 3 free job sites (e.g. Indeed, Jooble, WorkFromHomeJobs or similar).
Use our ready-to-go job descriptions.
Post each role twice per platform (6 total posts per job).
2. Respond to Applicants
Use our pre-written response to:
Explain the role is self-employed, immediate start, no interview.
Outline the commission-based structure.
Ask if they are happy to work flexibly on this model.
3. Onboard Those Who Agree
Send each accepted applicant:
Orbas welcome video
Contract
ID requirements
Role detail form
My email to return forms
Track in our Google Sheet with name, email, role, and status.
4. Mark as Ready
Once the applicant returns all onboarding docs, mark them as “Ready to Start”.
We’ll then send them their login credentials, welcome guides, and first tasks.
Deliverables:
Minimum 24 candidates onboarded and confirmed
All listed in our Google Sheets tracker
All must return signed contracts + ID documents
Timeline:
3–5 days from start
Budget:$65 fixed
Bonus available for accurate, on-time delivery and complete candidate list
You Should Have:
Strong English and clear communication
Experience posting to job boards
Google Sheets or Excel familiarity
A proactive attitude and good attention to detail
BONUS: Experience with virtual recruitment or onboarding
